Symbolism: Gold, Myrrh & Frankincense

The Magi, Wise men & Kings, in homage to the King of Kings offered to Him rare & precious gifts

Gold, precious Metal, symbolic of Kingship, representative of God on earth.
In some ancient cultures, gold was to be used only by royalty and it was a mark of grandeur and the king was god on earth. It was, and is, the most precious metal in trade.
We have a rich God, all the gold and silver, all the cattle on a thousand hills are His.

Frankincense, a fragrant Incense, symbol of Priesthood, separation to God.
Priests were separated from the common people-Levites, Nazarites- no regular tasks (or regular life). He had access to God at set times and places.
But our High Priest is touched by our infirmities, bore our human frailness, He is not separated from our everyday lives and now He transcends time and place, life and death.
Myrrh, an Embalming oil, symbolic of Death, when everyone who can, prepares to meet God
Myrrh was used to prepare dead bodies. Why? no one really knows. Read about embalming
Jesus was born to die. For me, my sin- which separate me from God.
At His death, the veil of the temple was torn off the Holy of Holies. Everyone who will walk in boldly to the throne of grace, has access to God- we are Priests now, a Royal Priesthood at that!

But there is no symbol for resurrection- for this is not for mortals!
By His Resurrection, death has been conquered, and swallowed up in Victory!
So, as a saved child of God, the sway that death holds over men, is not upon us.
He puts within us, for those who ask, the seal of the Spirit, the symbol of Resurrection and when the Holy Spirit indwells, this mortal body earnestly groans for the day- when the corruptible will put on incorruptibility and these eyes will see the face of the Fairest of ten thousand.
Selah.

These three elements, also show beneficial properties to the body and have a long history of use for their rejuvenating effects.
Physical benefits of the 3 elements

Research reveals Gold to have anti-bacterial properties, helps transport oxygen molecules into the skin, influences cellular functions, providing new energy levels.
It also shows that it helps revitalise skin, reverse oxidation damage, making the skin more firm, resilient and youthful.
It also helps stimulate lymphatic drainage and blood circulation, thus facilitating the removal of toxins,  purifying the skin and improving functions of regeneration.
Gold, finds mention in Ayurveda, where contact is deemed beneficial for the skin, blood circulation, and heartbeat, as well as to be ingested for increased vitality and vigor.

Frankincense is anti-septic and anti-inflammatory, soothing many skin conditions and keeping infections at bay. A powerful therapeutic agent, burnt as a resin, so that the escaping volatile oil, would prevent  respiratory disease.

Myrrh highly regarded as a valuable beauty aid in the Bible. Queen Esther's beauty treatments before meeting the King included a treatment with oil of Myrrh for 6 months.

These 3 elements, and other precious ingredients go into Everlast Creme including Organic Nilotica Shea, Organic Beeswax,  Raspberry Seed Oil, Shea Oil and other natural goodness to Firm and smooth Mature, wrinkled skin and keep it Supple.

It will replenish the natural oils lost by winter's chills and dehydrating effects of heating. Dry, leathery skin will be a thing of the past.

A tiny tiny dab is enough to cover the face & neck.
Use 1 edge of the spatula to pick up a small amount of cream.
Since these are water-free creams, they are equivalent and more than the 4-6oz bottles of moisturisers which contain water as the major portion.
4g pots last upto 3-4 weeks and will fade wrinkles and give a glow. 1oz pot will last atleast 3-4 months.
